In addition due to the busy schedules and the requirement for our practitioners to review and accept the referral, it can take up to 1 week to respond. If you are from an organisation filling this form on behalf of a client, please specify this in the notes. For Psychiatry appointments, please see our appointment process here.

Please note we do require a referral from GP or specialist attached for Psychiatry appointments. We can accept named referral addressed to our clinicians, referral to any other clinician (in the same area) or open referrals (e.g open to 'any psychiatrist').
