Zoe is a registered psychologist and a Clinical Psychology Registrar. She received psychology training in both Australia and Hong Kong. Known for a relaxed and curious therapy style, she offers proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English. Culturally aware, adventurous, and passionate about mental health, She aims to contribute dynamic skills and multicultural understanding to therapy.
Clinical Experience
In pursuit of her Master of Clinical Psychology, she has undergone rigorous training encompassing placements in diverse public and private settings. These experiences have honed her proficiency in administering both group and individual therapy sessions. Her clinical expertise extends to working with adult clients grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and complex presentations such as borderline personality disorder and complex trauma.
Furthermore, she has demonstrated her adeptness in assisting families in navigating the complexities associated with conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, anxiety, and conduct disorder in children. Her commitment to fostering holistic well-being underscores her dedication to providing comprehensive care across varied age groups and psychological landscapes.
