Study Skills Group/Individual Program

Tailor-made comprehensive study skills program for high-school students years 10-12. Face-to-face and Online

Our comprehensive Study Skills Program - Study without Stress (SWoS) - is facilitated by Registered Provisional Psychologist Juliana Kim. Juliana is certified by Macquarie University’s Centre for Emotional Health. Juliana, who has extensive experience working with high-school students, runs a tailor-made program with additional content with ‘refresher sessions’ designed to maximise the program's benefits. Our program is designed to be an 8-week program with 2-week refresher sessions three months after completion of the course.

 

This tailored group program is designed for students in Years 10-12, based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques. Our program aims to empower students with the knowledge and practical strategies needed to navigate and conquer the stress of heavy workloads and exams during their final years of high school.

 

Customised Program and Refresher Sessions to maximise benefits

 

Juliana, who has extensive experience working with high school students, has crafted a tailored program that includes additional content, such as note-taking techniques, to provide enhanced value. The 8-week program is complemented by 2-week refresher sessions held three months after the course's completion, ensuring that students retain and apply the valuable skills they have learned.
